After consuming 44 points on Saturday, I only ate 21 on Sunday. Monday and today I'm at 25 (I'm allowed 24). I think that's pretty good. I go to the gym this Thursday and weigh myself again too. I'm expecting a pretty good loss. I'm definitely hungry - but not starving, it's a good hungry. The kind that means you're doing it right. Losing weight.
I can't wait for Thursday!
